1. Program Description
So Cal Laundry, doing business as MAXfresh LAUNDRY ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operates an SMS messaging program that provides transactional and service-related communications, including but not limited to appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling or rescheduling notices, service updates, operational alerts, and customer support responses.
SMS messages are sent only to customers who have created an account, scheduled a service, or otherwise interacted with our services through www.maxfreshlaundry.com, our mobile application, or our online scheduling forms, and who have provided express written consent to receive SMS communications. 2. Opt-Out & Cancellation Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received from us. Upon receipt of a valid opt-out request, we will send a single confirmation message acknowledging your unsubscribe status. No further SMS messages will be sent unless and until you re-enroll by providing new opt-in consent.
